Our Promise At Skin Revealing by Keyt Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or report an issue.
2. Eligibility

Unopened Items: We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Opened/Used Items: We understand that skincare is personal. If you have opened a product and found it is not the right match for you, please contact our support team. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at support@skinrevealing.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

Please do not send items back to us without prior approval. Returns sent without a return authorization may not be processed.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Bundles: If returning part of a bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the bundle discount.
6. European Union Customers If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
7. Refunds Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
