Shipping policy

At Skin Revealing, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and reliable. Below are the details on order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and international shipping.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before being shipped.

Same-Day Shipping (Expedited Orders Only):

Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) PST on business days will be processed and shipped the same day if UPS 2nd Day Air is selected at checkout.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over 50 USD

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates


3. International Shipping

Processing Time

International orders follow the same 2–3 business day processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Express International: 3–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your package.


5. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unexpected events such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays may affect shipments. We appreciate your patience in these cases.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping is unavailable to:

Countries under trade embargoes or sanctions

Countries with restrictions on importing skincare products

Regions excluded due to courier limitations

7. Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
