Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
Expedited Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time on business days and selecting UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 USD
Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations.
Processing Time
International orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard International: 7–21 business days
Express International: 3–10 business days
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.
International Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country's regulations.
Order Tracking

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
